Dr Suresh Pathare

Dr Pathare is a Professor and Director at the Centre for Studies in Rural Development, Institute of Social Work and Research, Ahmednagar, India. Ph.D in Social Work awarded in 2003, from University of Delhi, India. (“Religious Conversion of Dalits of Maharashtra: A Study of Social factors among the Mahars of Ahmednagar District”). Masters of Social Work in 1994, from the Centre for Studies in Rural Development, University of Pune, India. HDr Pathare has written several books and published various articles in his field of work.
