Alternate Reality or the Other Side of Self Responsibility - Swimming through the Dreams

Dr. Miodrag Milovanovic

In Gestalt therapy it is very important to make clients aware of their dreams and to help them to understand the dream. “Lose your mind and come to your senses", suggest Pearls.  The most important for the Gestalt therapy are the processes that are happenings between therapist and a client, (1-You relation), as well as the processes that are happening in the client (1-1 relation). The dreams are the individual's messages. No one can understand someone else's dream, because if someone tries, that can only be ones interpretation and not the truth. The only role of the therapist in that process is to lead a client towards the awareness.
