In this interview, Sejla Tukelija and Tom Neser discuss a range of topics relating to how
trauma and pain sufferers can be assisted towards wholeness by a gentle process based on the
insights of positive psychology. Some of the points relate to the effects of
trauma and pain as stressors on functioning and the
brain, personal responsibility and using principles designed to increase pleasure in life as a means of resourcing the
individual.
