Irina Chobanu

Psychotherapeutic kinesiology is an original method of psychotherapy developed in Russia. This is a branch of body-oriented psychotherapy that started from applied kinesiology. We use muscle testing, which helps to define stress, as a diagnostic tool. For treatment of stress consequences there is a wide system of different exercises and corrections. The session goes according to strict protocol or scheme, which guarantees safety of the procedure. In case of long standing problems we use age regression in order to help to recognize the influence of past traumas and to overcome them. And we work with beautiful dreams of our happy future. The method can be used in case of traumas and stress disorders, neurotic and affective problems, psychosomatic diseases, personality disturbances. It is possible to work with patients of different ages. During the workshop we will get to know history of development of kinesiology. Then we will practice muscle testing and some exercises for reducing emotional stress. There will be demo of the process. Participants can work in pares or just watch the process.
